직접 대면해서 본인확인을 하고 신청을 받는게아닌 온라인 방식이라서

** 거소증 소지자분은 KT만 개통가능합니다

신분증 스캐너를 이용하여 스캔해야 합니다

인쇄시 여권 크기로 출력이 되게 스캔해주세요

칼라로 스캔해주세요. 한국정부의 강제사항이라 예외도 없네요

앱을 이용한 스캔은 안됩니다

5월 이후에 신청하시는분은 인천공항에 다시 여권을 제출하셔야 합니다 (스캔본 못쓰십니다)

연락받을 한국번호를 적어주세요 (가족, 지인, 숙소 번호)- 캐나다 전화번호가 아닙니다. 입국신고 하실때도 필요한 번호입니다

유효한 신분증을 제출해주세요(유효기간이 만기된 옛날 신분증으로는 개통이 불가합니다)

2024년 5월 1일 도착하시는 한국여권 소지분은 주민등록증, 한국운전면허증을 제출해주세요. 여권을 제출하시면 개통이 안될수도 있습니다. Please submit your resident registration card or Korean driver's license if you arrive in Korea after May 1st, 2024, and you are a Korean citizen. If you provide a Korean passport, Simcard might not be activated.
